WANTING TO APPLY TO PHARMACY SCHOOL FOR FALL 2020?
JOIN US FOR THE PCAT BOOTCAMP!
Who/What: The PCAT Bootcamp is designed for anyone who would like to learn more about the Pharmacy College Admissions Test (PCAT) and improve their skills in preparation for the exam.
When: The PCAT Bootcamp has two separate components: preparation classes and an administration of a mock PCAT with simulated testing conditions. The classes will take place on February 5, 12, and 19 from 5:30-6:30pm in TODD 152 (UK College of Pharmacy). The administration of the mock PCAT will be on April 13 from 9am-1pm in TODD 152. After the mock exam, lunch will be provided, and Bootcamp leaders will be available to reflect on the results of the practice test with you.
How: To sign up for the Bootcamp, please complete this form by Friday, February 1. Participation in the PCAT bootcamp requires being a dues-paying member of UK's Pre-Pharmacy Club ($10) or $10 for Pre-Pharmacy Club non-members or non-UK students. This payment can be brought to the first PCAT Bootcamp session (February 5). All participants who plan to take the mock PCAT on Saturday, April 13 must purchase a multiple-choice practice test from Pearson. Please visit this site to purchase a practice test. The Kaplan 2018-2019 PCAT Prep book is also strongly recommended as we will be using this as a resource. You can purchase that here. It is also recommended to bring a laptop or iPad to Bootcamp sessions.
Questions: If you have any questions, please contact John Blaine at firstname.lastname@example.org.
